One 384-well “plate” of iPLEX genotyping may therefore consist of any of the following experimental designs:
1) one 96-well plate of samples vs four iPLEX multiplexes,
2) two 96-well plates of samples vs two iPLEX multiplexes, or
3) four 96-well plates of samples vs one iPLEX multiplexes.
We will work with you to ensure that your samples and plexes are packed as efficiently as possible.
