The UMGC offers a wide and growing list of 10X single-cell assays to support a broad range of applications, including gene expression, chromatin accessibility, cell surface proteins, immune clonotype, antigen specificity, and CRISPR screens. We also support library preparation and sequencing of cDNA samples derived from 10X’s Visium spatial solution.

Single Cell 3’ Gene Expression Assay

Provides single-cell transcriptome 3' gene expression and multi-omic capabilities to profile tens of thousands of cells. Explore cellular heterogeneity, novel targets, and biomarkers with combined gene expression, surface protein expression, or CRISPR edits in each cell.

  • Captures 100-10,000+ cells/sample and up to 80,000 cells/run, or select the HT assay for large-scale projects.
  • CellPlex compatible with multiplexing up to 96 samples per chip
  • Optional Feature Barcoding method for cell surface protein
  • Available in low-throughput, standard, and high-throughput options

Single Cell Immune Profiling Assay 

Capable of modular integration of multiple data types, including mRNA-based whole transcriptome or targeted gene expression, immunophenotyping, adaptive immune repertoire clonality and diversity, and antigen specificity, simultaneously from the same single cells. 

  • Efficiently partition 500–10,000 cells/pool, for up to 80,000 cells per run, or select the HT assay for large-scale projects.

Single Cell ATAC Assay 

Analyze open chromatin accessibility at the single-cell level to provide insights into the regulatory landscape of chromatin and epigenetic heterogeneity.
