10X Genomics Seminar

Remove Constraints and Unlock Samples with Fixed RNA Profiling and Nuclei Isolation Kit

10X Genomics Seminar UMN 221115

Speaker: Egon Ranghini (Scientist Technology Advisor, 10x Genomics)

From large-scale sample acquisition and processing, to fragile or dying cells that are easily damaged during handling, many ambitious Single cell studies face frustrating logistical issues. Fixed RNA Profiling was developed to overcome these challenges, allowing you to preserve biology at the point of collection. In our upcoming seminar, we’re focusing on sample prep for this new assay.

Join us to learn about working with multiple sample types, making key decisions in experimental planning, and enabling longitudinal or multi-site studies.
