New AVITI sequencing instrument arrives

The UMGC welcomes the arrival of the AVITI sequencing instrument from Element Biosciences! The AVITI expands our sequencing instrumentation suite by adding a mid-throughput system that delivers a lower cost per GB without the need to scale throughput. With outstanding data quality and compatibility with Illumina libraries, the AVITI will be of particular interest to single-cell and spatial researchers and researchers who require ultra-high quality reads. Learn more about the Element AVITI system.
