Oxford Nanopore Seminar

Learn how to win free Nanopore Sequencing

With Nanopore Sequencing, you can resolve dark genomic regions and variants, explore base modifications, and perform isoform-level transcriptomics. Long-read Nanopore Sequencing can enhance your research - from microbiology, plant and animal sciences, to human genetics and single-cell sequencing. The PromethION 2 Nanopore Sequencing instrument will be available as a trial opportunity in the UMGC CoLab now through November, allowing for flexibility in sequencing coverage and throughput needs. The UMGC will discuss the short application process for complimentary library prep reagents and flow cells.

Date: Tuesday, July 30th, 2024
Time: 10:00 – 11:00 AM
