Spatialomics Interest Group Meeting (9/22)
Kick-off presentation
Speakers: Dr. Kenny Beckman, Director UMGC, and Dr. Mark Sanders, Director UIC
Discovering New Insights Using NanoString DSP and Whole Transcriptome Analysis
Speaker: Colleen Urben, Technical Specialist for Spatial Biology
As highlighted in Nature Methods, January 2021, "Method of the Year 2020: Spatially Resolved Transcriptomics", NanoString's GeoMx DSP is a versatile platform for high plex spatial analysis of RNA and Protein. This presentation will give UMN researchers a detailed review of spatial profiling solutions from NanoString Technologies, including technical details and practical case studies utilizing the Whole Transcriptome Analysis.
- Discover novel RNA biomarkers through spatial enrichment
- Interrogate regions of interest and segment compartments across your sample
- Comprehensive, unbiased RNA content for human and mouse
- Explore any target and any pathway in biological regions of interest
