Parse Free Sequencing Offer

The UMGC and Parse Biosciences are excited to announce a new partnership designed to accelerate and simplify single-cell research. Through this collaboration, researchers who purchase an Evercode WT or WT Mega kit through the UMGC will receive free sequencing, removing a major barrier to getting started and scaling experiments. Each project will deliver 10,000 reads per cell, meeting Parse’s recommended minimum sequencing depth. 

Details and terms

1. Parse libraries generated from these kits will be sequenced at no cost on one of the following platforms. These runs provide approximately 10,000 reads per cell, assuming maximal cell number loading into Evercode kits.
   1. Element AVITI (1 billion reads) for Evercode WT kits
   2. Ultima UG 100 (10 billion reads) for Evercode WT Mega kits
2. The UMGC will purchase the requested Parse kit (either the Evercode WT or Evercode WT Mega) on behalf of researchers and have it delivered to the UMGC. The cost of the kit will be recharged to the researcher.
3. Researchers may choose to have UMGC staff perform a full-service Parse run or opt to carry out the processing themselves.
4. Additional sequencing beyond the included run is available at standard UMGC rates.
5. This offer is available to new and existing Parse users.
6. There is no limit on the number of kits that can be ordered.
7. This offer is valid for Parse kit purchases through June 30, 2026.
