Sequencing Queues
The UMGC provides an overview of all projects currently ready for NGS and PacBio sequencing. Only projects that have passed sample QC are listed in the queue. You can find your project name by referring to the email sent to you from [email protected] at the time of sample submission or sample QC completion.
Queues are in a web-published Google Sheet and are best viewed in Google Chrome or Apple Safari. Firefox is not recommended.
