High-quality human whole-genome sequencing with data analysis is available at the UMGC in flexible coverage options (30x, 60x, and 90x). Advances in the Ultima Genomics UG 100 platform enable us to offer the $199 human genome, giving researchers one of the most cost-effective paths to WGS available today (to our knowledge). The UMGC delivers research-grade human WGS on the latest sequencing technologies:
 

• Ultima UG 100 — population-scale efficiency. The UG 100 is an ultra-high-throughput instrument that processes up to 480 human genomes per week at 30x minimum depth. It enables scalable, high-quality human WGS for large cohorts.
• Element AVITI24 — exceptional accuracy for precision studies. The AVITI's paired-end chemistry and UltraQ mode deliver exceptional SNV and indel accuracy, making it ideal for clinical research, tumor/normal comparisons, and applications where precision is critical. 

Mouse whole-genome sequencing and data analysis are available at the same rates and sequencing options as human WGS.

• Data Analysis: Includes mapping to the reference genome and variant analysis (including SNVs and indels) with Google DeepVariant and GATK.
