Parse Free Sequencing Offer: Your First 10K Reads/Cell Free!

The UMGC and Parse Biosciences are pleased to announce a new partnership designed to support UMN researchers using Parse's single-cell genomics technologies. As part of this collaboration, Parse will provide 10,000 free reads per cell for 100K or 1M cell experiments, by providing one free Element AVITI run (1B reads) with each purchase of a 100K-cell Evercode WT kit, or one free Ultima UG 100 run (10B reads) with each purchase of a 1M-cell Evercode WT Mega kit. This equates to 10,000 reads per cell, for free. 

Details and terms

1. Parse libraries generated from these kits will be sequenced at no cost on one of the following platforms. These runs provide approximately 10,000 reads per cell, assuming maximal cell number loading into Evercode kits.
   1. Element AVITI (1 billion reads) for Evercode WT kits
   2. Ultima UG 100 (10 billion reads) for Evercode WT Mega kits
2. The UMGC will purchase the requested Parse kit (either the Evercode WT or Evercode WT Mega) on behalf of researchers and have it delivered to the UMGC. The cost of the kit will be recharged to the researcher.
3. Researchers may choose to have UMGC staff perform a full-service Parse run or opt to carry out the processing themselves, either in their own lab or in the UMGC CoLab with training and assistance from UMGC staff, for a fee.
4. Additional sequencing beyond the included run is available at standard UMGC rates.
5. This offer is available to new and existing Parse users.
6. There is no limit on the number of kits that can be ordered.
7. This offer is valid for Parse kit purchases through December 19, 2025.
